All according to the terms of your policy, we recommend that you speak directly to your insurance agent/insurance company to clarify the terms on your policy.

I do not have any relevant test results - should I schedule a consultation or do tests first?

The recommendation is unequivocal to prescribe prior counseling.
If it is necessary to complete tests - at the end of the consultation you will receive a referral for the relevant tests to authenticate/exclude the symptoms you suffer from and to establish a medical diagnosis, the tests can be carried out with us or in the public service and transmit the results to our customer service as soon as possible.
Dr. Vosko will update the consultation summary according to the results of the tests and no additional payment will be required.
Sometimes there are patients who undergo unnecessary tests in relation to their symptoms or, alternatively, lack the result of an examination that could have been carried out together with another examination and save the patient valuable time, travel, loss of working day, etc.

How to schedule a queue and does it incur a fee?

You can book an appointment for treatment using our customer service by phone or WhatsApp.

Alternatively, if you are talking about online medical advice - you can also use the website, simply select the date that is convenient for you and from there you are transferred to select an hour from the available slots.

In terms of payment, if you arrange an online consultation - payment is made at the status of the order and the date armor. For convenience, you can pay by credit/bit card

Endoscopic surgery/complex procedures carried out in hospitals require the regulation of payment several days before the operation.

I set a date for a check-up/treatment and I can't get there - what is the cancellations policy?

When setting a date for treatment, we provide an operating room, professional staff, equipment and everything necessary to ensure the best care for our patient.

Naturally cancelling/rescheduling creates a problem so if there is any reason for cancelling or rescheduling - we would like to contact you as soon as possible and update us so that we can reserve the appointment for another patient.
