Is a Zoom appointment as effective as an in-clinic appointment?
In gastroenterology, since these are internal organs, the diagnosis is mainly based on a thorough patient interview (anamnesis) and interpretation of relevant test results such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, pH monitoring, EUS, Blood tests, etc., and therefore in most cases, an online consultation is just as effective, saves time, and allows for a calm conversation from home and even the participation of an additional family member from another phone or computer. The conversation is recorded and sent to you. If a physical examination is necessary, you will be invited to the clinic and you will not be asked to pay the difference.
What is the "Ongoing Consultation Model" and why is it beneficial for me?
We understand that sometimes the process of obtaining a medical diagnosis does not end with a single consultation. At times, it takes time to perform tests and receive results, and therefore our payment model is global and valid for 6 months.
Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind: send your test results as soon as they arrive (by email or WhatsApp), and Dr. Vosko will review the results, update the summary of your medical consultation, and refine your treatment according to the findings – as an integral part of the service and without any additional financial commitment required.
I have Private Health Insurance. Am I eligible for reimbursement?
Absolutely. Dr. Vosko is recognized as a consulting physician (specialist) by most private insurance companies in Israel. At the end of the consultation, you will receive a tax invoice/receipt and a medical summary, which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement according to your policy.
